Opening Statement
Let’s talk about becoming her before you feel ready. You imagined her last week— her aura, her job, her energy, her life. That was step one. But the real magic starts when you stop waiting for permission to live like its already yours. This week, we’re talking about embodied delusion— aka showing up as your glossed self before the evidence matches up. TLDR: Readiness is a myth. Action is the starting line for creating your dream life.

Testimony
Last week, we dreamed. This week, we move.
March 1, 2024, I decided to post on Tiktok regularly. Up to this point, I had some sporadic videos, but really just random trends. I was sitting on the edge of my bed, phone in hand, about to post a video of myself talking to the camera. I was a lawyer craving a creative outlet, and here I was, about to soft-launch my personality on the internet. It felt terrifying. What would people think? What if they cringed?
I posted it . . . and the world didn’t end. Some people liked it. Some people said nothing. Most people? Moved on with their day. And the most surprising part? I felt free. Fast forward one year, I had over 11 million viewers on Tiktok in the past 365 days and found a community of women who relate to me.
The takeaway? Your dreams will always feel ridiculous until you do them.
We tell ourselves that people are watching, judging, taking notes— but they’re not. I’ll prove it to you: list five Instagram stories you saw this week. What did the text say? What was the photo? I bet you can’t remember details. And if you can, I’m sure you remembered it because you thought it was awesome.
This is applicable beyond social media. We waste so much time editing ourselves into expectation instead of living out our own. The truth is, dreams feel so far away because we think they belong to someone else. Someone with better timing, more confidence, a cooler wardrobe, a better job. But they don’t. Every day, regular people—people with generational trauma and student loans and messy apartments—are building the exact life you dream about. The only thing separating you from them, is action.
I started posting online because I wanted more—more freedom, more creativity, more connection. Sure, I hoped it might lead to something tangible (i.e. money), but deep down, I didn’t really believe it would. I definitely didn’t expect it to lead to signing with a modeling agency. . . or to this very memo.
One year later, I’m so grateful I didn’t wait until I felt ready—until my hair looked perfect, or I had 100 followers, or my life looked neater on paper. Because if you keep waiting to be ready, you never will be. The real shift happens when you move anyway.
So this week, here’s your assignment:
Take your debrief transcript from last week (you know, the answers from when you deposed yourself) and make a list of 1-3 small actions that feel a little scary, but a lot like your glossed self. And do them. Post the story. Apply to the job. Draft the outline for your novel. Book the class.
She’s not some out of reach fantasy— she’s within you, just waiting for you to add gloss and show up.
Then head to the Post-Briefing Chambers for the debrief. Let me know in the chat what actions you are taking this week.
Closing Argument
Let the record reflect: the only difference between you and your glossed life is motion. This isn’t about going viral, blowing up your career, or being perfect on the first try— it’s about proving to yourself that you're no longer waiting for permission. You’ve already been appointed lead counsel in your own life. Act like it.
The evidence has been submitted. The court of public opinion is closed. The only approval you need, is your own. Take the first glossy step this week.
And if you need a sign? This memo is the sign.
Now get out there and move like you mean it.
